# Billing and your plan

LYGHTBOX has one plan with two payment options:

| Yearly         | USD $290/year | Billed yearly             |

Yearly billing saves USD $58 compared with paying monthly for a full year.

## Start your subscription

Choose your payment option during signup and complete checkout. Review the amount and payment dates shown before confirming.

The 14-day trial is available with monthly billing only. A card is required. You can see your trial end date in **Settings -> Billing**.

## Marketing email allowance

The paid plan includes **2,000 marketing emails each month**, whether you pay monthly or yearly. Sending one campaign to 100 recipients uses 100 emails.

The trial has a separate, one-time allowance of **250 marketing emails**. Sending pauses when you reach that limit and resumes when your paid plan begins. Unused trial emails do not carry over.

Open **Settings -> Billing** to see how many emails are available, how many have been sent or are sending, and when your allowance resets. Check the available amount before sending a large campaign.

If you reach your paid allowance, review the options shown in Billing or wait for the reset date. See [Campaigns and audiences](/docs/campaigns) for sending guidance.

## Manage payments and your plan

Open **Settings -> Billing**, then select **Invoices, payments, and plan** to review subscription payment details and the available plan options. Read the amount and effective date shown before confirming a change.

If Billing is missing, ask the account owner to review your access. If a payment needs attention, open Billing and follow the displayed next step.

Your LYGHTBOX subscription is separate from payments your clients make to you. To connect online client payments or change invoice reminders, use **Settings -> Payments** instead.

## Galleries are coming soon

Galleries are not available yet. The plan will include **10GB of gallery storage** when galleries launch. You can already track editing and delivery on a project, but cannot upload or deliver a gallery through LYGHTBOX yet.
